check your firmware on your box it should be 24/04/2011.
and no he doesnt mean ring telewest up, he means try changing the providor on the box, as per utube tutorial

Asked yesterday of a link to get that Firmware......where, anybody i can get it send me a PM with a link?
Not sure if it is related, my daughter told me she had no internet connection on her laptop for a while, my son who is more into pc than me has tried it, and said something like there was no signal or no network, and that he could not pick up any of the nearby neighbours signals...or something like that, though his laptop and my PC are still connected to the internet and are working ok.
Hi, Just tried Telewest, no joy, then another one Chrome 3...............and all back up working ok, cheers noidename for input, can go on my hols now and not worry about it. Again big Thank You, to all for advice..............now Daughter's Laptop!
