all, its not quite plain sailing ahead for kv, sv, dreambox or the like. new measures are likely to be introduced soon to curtail sharing activities. one basic change to be brought in is ecm usage. to many this means little. so to explain. every time you use a server to request decryption info (approx once every 5 seconds) this counter is added to. if this counter exceeds a daily maximum of requests the card can be disabled. so if you take a standard card (on 24 hours a day) it will process nearly 20,000 ecms. any card that exceeds that limit can be disabled on the basis that it is simply irregular behaviour. so be aware that while the game continues there will soon be a line drawn. i look forward to new developments in this

coolcrab How can you call him a muppet
The chap knows a lot about the inn's & out's of card sharing ect..ect
He has helped numerous people on this forum in 1 way or another
May not know it all, but he does his homework!!
Instead of calling fintannl names
I would be more interested on where he found this info
If it comes from a reliable source
When do you think this will happen
And if it dont happen, Then well and good
If this does go ahead with
It will cause problems, As how many boxes are on each server(s)
Only a matter of time before v*rg*n start there counter measures
ALL INFO FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY

so i do have a buddy working in sly.this was the first of the counter-measures he mentioned. will take a bit for cams to get over this basic measure. i assume hooter that coolcrabs position was because he thought i was in some way giving something away. i hope that viewpoint is not true as it is a bit naive. any of us who have played the game know the weaknesses of what we live with

Yes Fintannl there have indeed been some goings on with Sly Uk cards and also Sly Italy over the last few weeks.
Alot of people sharing cards are reporting that their cards arent clearing channels even though their entitlements are up to date.
It could be rogue emms or something else ,nobody seems sure.
Alot of other people are getting calls telling them that their cards have been disabled due to security reasons and other people have reported getting visited by investigators from NDS.
Its all very sinister indeed.
Meanwhile Sly Italy are trialing a new version of Videoguard,NDS4 which has lots of new security features incorporated.
Its going to be an interesting few months.

thanks fano, just pointing likely areas to be hit in next phase for users. its not rocket science. its kinda obvious. worries me that dream elite is recently gone and support for cccam has been gone for over 6 months now. all this does not bode well. are the development teams being bought out. looks very much like it

Too many people cardsharing, they would probably not have bothered if every Tom, Dick and Harry wasn't doing it!!
If someone finds a fix to this, they will probably keep it to themselves!!
Whatever you say, say nothing when you talk about you know what for if you know who might hear you, you know what youll get. Youll be sent off to you know where for you would not know how long. Maybe I could search through the threads so you dont have to ??

what happens is simple sg8, the development goes back underground. it will be a pity but its a shame that the huge servers like kv and sv will in essence destroy the whole game for many hobbyists

and this is also why i resent the fact that afterdawn has become a payserver site for users. its hard to try and help users when all they want is to get themselves into harms way

not altogether true jackooh. the individual is either a hobbyist and wants to learn or someone who wants a payserver and a simple answer. thats it. you have a choice. either you want to play a game where the rules will change on a regular basis or you want to rely on gangsters for your tv service
