a while ago i lost a few channels mainly kids the nickledoeans now i noticed more 4 and film 4 have vanished saying no signal any 1 else have this problem or a fix thanks.

eurovox max v not a clone should i take out the splitter i think im missing a tp its starts after 200mhz i think i used to have one in the hundreds i cnt pick up

remove the splitter, factory reset and re-scan

i have same problem. tried reset and everything. can only find about 4-5 tps and about 21 channels now. any advice. reflashed, tried everything. is new firmware likely to be required?

I have been having lots of problems on The Box USB Super (starview 4) with black screen and no channels...

... until today !

I scanned again, and all my channels are back with some extra ones like sky sports 4.

Maybe virgin were just updating their channels.

No need to factory reset or reinstall software.

I am running v1.12 and everything is fine.

Try rescanning you starview 4 today :)
