They is currently a national issue with these channels, checked vermins site and it time stamped at 23:48 so it should be back on in a few hours

I lost my channels too

channels are fine now in UK

reset to factory default
automatic scan channels
menu > 1570 > set and key on
USB update v1.12
wait a while , channels will fill in fine

worked a treat for me like the guys in my help post suggested
