Lost ITV and Channel 4

As of about 2 days ago I no longer have ITV or Ch4 and possibly a few others. I have a eurovox ex1000sl. It comes up with the message "no or bad signal". Any ideas? Should I try a rescan?

you could try factory setting and then scan for channels,and when the scan is finished make sure your emu is switched on. the providers (ntl/vigin/chorus etc)tend to move the channels around the different frequencies.
