i have a eurovox ex 1000sl,i am in merseyside,on v....n,i have lost itv,2 and 3,plus channel4,i have tried to update channels,but it keeps coming up with,no or bad signal,if i do a factory reset and full scan will this help,many thanks.

have you checked to see if their is an outage on the VM site? As others have reported these chans as being missing, so its not yer box

how do i change frequency for manual scan,it should be 563,but when scanned only showing,123.

hi all.i too live in liverpool and have a box super and my itv channels nd ch4n is missing tried all the checks but still missing not sure wot to do now

did you check for an outage in the area? work being done?
