hi ive, a eurovox max and lost some channels teesside area, the channels i lost were bBc 1, 2 S-y sports 1,3 4 and news
i done a deep scan to retieve the channels, bBc came back but no s-y sports only s-y sports 2. I sorted the channels which i wanted ans tried to auto sort them on my computer, when plugged back in to update channels a box appeared with NO TRANSPONDER TO SCAN. What do i do now if i go to factory default to reset them which one do i go to
1 symbolrate 6952 or
2 symbolrate 6887 PLEASE HELP THE KIDS ARE GIVING ME HELL c

Symbol rate is 6887. Had the same problem on a Eurovox Max V, spent hours fixing it.

Sky Sports 1 Frequency : 650
Sky Sports 3 Frequency : 652
Sky Sports 4 Frequency : 658
Sky Sports News Frequency : 476

I did a factory reset then full scan then once the channels were found from the language settings menu pressed 1968 to open up the last two options :

Emulation : Enable
EMM Capture : Disable

If they show no signal wait a few seconds, they will clear eventually.

If you still have problems I'll upload a CDF file (no Adult channels, shopping or racing).

thanks for your help kids realy pleased

i done a auto sort and the same thing happened
so i had to start again and sort them individualy any ideas on this if not i would like to say thanks
the scan got all channels back
