No Green or Red Light On Replay Lite Box

I have a Replay Lite and has been working fine, Came home one day and no lights on the box at all,Have checked that the power supply is working with a multi meter and shows 12v.Have unplugged power plug from back of unit and left it a while but no lights on front still,have done this many times
Anyone have any ideas........
