Has anyone heard of this and what are your thoughts if this could work in Ireland?

The Nfusion Solaris is well known within the FTA community as being one of the first brands and models offering an IKS Nagravision 3 solution for North American satellite providers.
First to bring Nagravision 3 encrypted Bell ExpressVU channels back to the livingroom of many FTA testers, the Nfusion Solaris has proven that Internet Key Sharing with the public SUNS server is a working solution to the problem.
Now, Nfusion has released a new BETA solution for the Dish Network system as well!

Mick if your willing to pay a sub to a provider check there websites first.NTL cost[27.50]a month for there basic digital pack consisting of roughly 43 channels.Sky are offering just about everything we lost on the boxes over the last week for 32 euros per month[movies and sport extra]I think they might been doing a deal with movies and sport?I think if i were to pay a sub i would go with sky, just my thoughts mick for what its worth, cheers.

not if you split the cost it doesnt, as I explained to you earlier, split the overall cost between 3 people using the multiroom, its cheaper across the board

Also remember their sneaky connection charges !!! and a 'phone line with sky plus they always want a direct debit set up and if you cancel order they keep charging you and you have no hope of getting your hard earned cash back.NTL service is crap as well always breaking down and waiting ages for them to answer the 'phone as they rake in cash from you on near premium phone rates.

My opinion is avoid them like the plague as there are still ways to get free channels.

Bye JD

and with Sky you are paying for multiroom, at least with cable you can still run your cable to other rooms and still get basic chans

if yer in the same area as the other folk, then it is an option, its an even better one if the other two guys are not subbing a box at all. Anyone who is in a cabled area (not MMDS) can avail of it as an option, the thing about sky is you pay for everything even an extra box in another room.

But its up to each individual to do the homework on cost and suitablity of each option.

Just a thought mick,Will ntl charge you on a monthly basis for all your cable points around the house?in other words you will always be paying for these points untill ntl remove them. How much these are i dont know.Is this true.

all depends, I split my cable into 3 rooms, when I got extra boxs at the time the engineer didnt put them down as he said it saved him hassle, now if I were to do it now and they tried to charge me I would tell em to get with it, as its not their points but mine and my cable, so if they want to charge me for them, they can run their own cable and install their own points if that were the case,
