Openbox S9 locked on one channel-Help

I have an Openbox S9 which worked perfectedly uptil yesterday.Now I find that it is
locked on one channel and when i attempt to change chln.it reboots.
Pressing different buttons on the Remote causes the Box to reboot.
Does anyone have any idea what is the problem and is there any solution?
