hi
can anyone help me
for some reason my box no longer works
i only have 1 to 5 channels
only stopped working today
im on virgin and live in berkshire
ive tried reading some problem answers but they dont seem to make much sense to me
lol sorry
hope someone can help as im missing my channels

press menu and you will see installation highlighted in yellow(type 1570 on your remote,and the hidden menu will appear)now look to the bottom of your screen and see emu(it should say emu on)if it says off use your right arrow button and change it to on.if it was on all the time try a factory reset and then a scan,if both of these options fail you will most likely need to update your firmware.
