have you done a re-scan? Have you checked VM site for work or outages in the area, which can effect some chans? Try a re-scan to see if it comes back in.

done rescan a couple of times and it doesnt bring channel back

you got a splitter on the line? If you have take it off and scan, could be just the TP is down, nothing more, when you scan are you picking up the chan but its blank? if so could be just a issue with the supplier.
