Got My Sagen Dbox flashed recently by friend but he flashed my box with Nokia Dbox file- I need the IP address for this type of box to rectify this error - do I need to get info. from Germany.

Box shows Kien System on LCD Screen?

any help would be appreciated

There is no IP anymore if the image at the box is gone.
You have to use IFA for flashing.

The box isn't booting therefore not using the software network settings yet
