Hi, i'm not a techie by any means so hoping for a bit of help from someone more knowledgable.

Ive been reading Mickah's post about N3, so im guessing that it has something to do with it my service being affected. I have the starview 2, and havent updated the firmware for ages cos i cant find the cables i bought.

recently some of the premium channels like sky sports and sky premiere (not other movie channels) have gone down. usually i have my lead cable split to service the box, and the router. when i connect the box direct, i get those channels back, but when i split them again, as i have been doing for ages and never had a problem with, i lose those same channels. but a lot of other channels still work.

im wondering if there is anything i can do about this, (barring constantly splitting/unsplitting my able when i require the net or not) or if this is a direct result of N3?

Thanks in advance for any help
