Hi,
I have 2 sky boxes in the house which are connected to a Triax 70cm reflector and 0.3db Quad LNB. Each box is connected to each oscillator induvidually (Not sharing same oscillator) and i'm using solid core coaxial. The cable is going through the attic and all is neat. Due to distance from dish to box I have used in-line amplifiers for both cable runs. On box 1 the signal was low and I couldnt receive the Music channels Scuzz and a few others, they kept breaking up, inseting the in-line amplifier my signal status went high (nearly 100%) and all channels worked perfectly. Box 2 had the same issues so an in-line amplifier was installed, my signal status went to 100% and never dropped but the music channels are still not working and viewing hasnt changed.

A lot to read but this has stumped me somewhat, it isnt the amplifier as I've swapped them over and ive swapped the boxes over also but its the same cable run with the problem, it's almost like its "over-amplifying" and "clipping" but I have no idea how to resolve it.

Any suggestions would be brilliant.

thanks
