my sky movies are not working ,friend up the road the same ,both on kryptview a 780 in south wales. true movies and the others work .any ideas .all other like sports still there

Watching Simpsons right now so not to fussed about the movie channels going at present, thought I just update the thread to let the rest of the guys know its gone in my area too and that i've tried the relevant options that you would need to do to fix common problems.
