SLY HD+ to Freeview

I have a Sly HD+ box and I cant get it to go to Freeview. The Irish epg is still on it.
I had a cloned card in the box all along, which packed up last week. The HD box came with the card.
I have removed the card. I have tried unplugging, and rebooting pressing back up and upgrading software. I have gone into service menu and done new install, rebuild, but I keep getting back to Irish epg and only a handful of freeview channels unblocked(BBC and Sly News).
I have signed up to SLY HD officially so now I have just got a new official card and box if its any help to get the other box to go to freeview and English epg.
Can I install new firmware via USB etc.
Any suggestions.
