Hi everybody,

I'm in the UK and bought a Star view the box Super usb only last month.

When i plugged it in first time all the channels were available, then suddenly last Monday, all channels apart from all BBC and ITV1, have gone, even the freeview ones.

I've checked the codes, reset the system and rescanned about 10 times now, but can still only get BBC and ITV1. When it scans it finds all the channels and will even tell me what's on a specific channel on the info tab and the epg, but no, "Channel being updated" appears just stays as a black screen, when i go onto a premium or even freeview channel like Dave.

The software on there is the most recent according to all the discussions i have been reading on here.

Do i need to put it on there again to make the thing work?

It's not an area thing my little bro has got the original star view and all his channels are working.

Help please coz i've only just bought it and aint paid my bird the money for it yet.
