Hi guys,
I came across this website last night and it has a listing form Birmingham where some chap has a fix for the starview boxes. The add was posted on the 9th of feb so I decide to call him this morning. The guy I spoke with said that he will post me the latest fix for n3 for just £25+ postage. I would just like some advice before i part with my cash, as all I?ve been reading for the last 3 weeks is that starview is dead no fixes available.

Dont have to its a scam, firstly N3 isnt cracked so how can he send you a fix, secondly, this guy has been outed on numerous sites as a scammer and fraud
Starview is dead and if it comes back, it wont be via some guy in Birmingham or a cost of 25 quid either, save yer money, buy a kryptview A780 and learn a valuable lesson.

Thanks for replying i thought so as much, just needed someone to confirm it. They guy was pretty convincing on the phone tho, he referred me to his website to make payment (hahaha) he?ll be waiting a long time. I?ll pm u the link

no probs, yeah thats the one alrite, no doubt some folk will fall for it, but simple read of forums will tell you, N3 isnt cracked, never has and prob wont either, SV6 and 7 used the net to clear chans, not firmware,

i second that, some folk have probable bought in to this and felt lighter in the pocket. I?m going to give this guy a call back 2morow and give him a piece of my mind, I?ll keep u posted. thanks once again mate

Tell him jodav said he is one of them dog s***s you accidently stand on in the road, you know the one, its slippery as f**k when you stand on it, and it suddenly lets out the stink of all stinks, no matter how many times you rub your foot on the grass to get rid of it, you just end up with a shoe full of grass to go along with the dog s**t, and the smell just gets worse and worse :)

hi Guys,
I called the guy this morning and he was not impressed when i told him what i though of his latest starview fix. He told me that a new server has been set up and he?s adamant that it works. Hmmmmm what to do???

are you actually considering it after what has been wrote above? After its been proven he is a scammer, he has nothing to do with the srv, in fact it has gone from a nagra 3 fix to a new server?
actually, folks like you deserve to be scammed, send him your 25 quid and be done with, or send me the 25 notes and I will have your box working in 2 mins, that sound more plausible? Have you ever heard of the Darwin Awards? I suggest you google that to
Rubbish responses like yours is what walks others into the scam, thinking it may work
For anyone reading this post, what this guy is advertising is a scam to take your money there is no fix for nagra 3, he doesnt have anything to do with any server, only an idiot would part with their money in such a way, they are praying on your lack of knowledge to get money from you, if or when the SV srv is up, you will read it here on this forum, free of charge

go for sat people...the hd channels are great...sv was great while it lasted...i hope some1 finds a fix for it...for the sake of all those who have a sv box

what would you reccomend gerrard?ive recently signed up to sky on the minimum sub to keep the wife and kids happy....after years of doing the cable stuff starview etc..ive been reading up on the sat side of things for the last few weeks and finding it very confusing,i dont want to jump in at the deep end get a motorised dish etc,i would rather start of with something easy to understand with good support..all this would need to be done with the fixed dish..we are not really into HD and recording at the moment,hopefully get into that side of things when i have more experience..basically im looking for everything the SV gave me on cable....sorry if ive broken any rules with this post....

go for a normal or hd box, through your existing sly dish...blade boxes are good...afew of my relatives have them..hd channels are great..no freezing etc...u get all sly sport and movie channels..family channels etc....etc...it works fine with your existing sly dish..

dont bother, there is no fix yet, dont waste your money, the fix will be free
