I recently got a starview 4 usb and teh picture on my 32" tv is very low quality

all looks quite highly pixeleted (no curved straight line but u can clearly see squares making up the line)

can this be improved? TV is a HD ready, and i read this has a n automatic upscaler to HD? is it worth getting an other upscaler?

make sure you have a good scart lead for starters, also if you go into the menu and change tv type & signal from pal to ntsc and then change around from rgb to cvbs
eg: try (pal with cvbs) then try (pal with rgb),
then try it (ntsc with cvbs) or (ntsc with rgb)
one of them should give you a better picture
