who did you buy box from we can tell you if they sell clones or not

After a little research, it appears this seems to be a problem with clone boxes, so I checked to see if the box was a clone model (which I was assured it wasn't when I bought it). Sure enough it doesn't seem to be a clone, as it doesn't have a silver heat sink on the processor. I have another Super USB from the same supplier and it's fine at the minute.

Any suggestions or is it a doorstop?

I mailed them this morning but not holding my breath on a fast reply. I already used the Returns form on their site and i'll be sending them back after bank-holiday weekend.

Is it worth my while asking for Original SV's or just getting my momeny back and going elsewhere - possibly even getting the Kryptviews???

I paid their full price for a box back in April that turned out to be a clone. Sadly I didn't realise until it was too late. My gripe is that even if they were out of stock of originals he should have told me at least face to face. I don't have a leg to stand on as I updated the firmware so I have to hope for a fix, otherwise it goes in the bin in a few months time.
