yes he will his ip will be stored on the HDD lol

as will lots of others but i doubt they will do anything as all the wanted is the (S) and the people behind it

well then ya should be fine me thinks but who knows with the tecknology they have now but as said i think they wont bother with the cod they wanted the Ray and got it ;-)
