Starview Box - after auto scanning, no programs found

Ive had the Starview box for a while now. After the box would get flashed i would all the channels and auto scan and then all the channels would come up again. But this the channels were wokring fine until the screen kept displaying no signal. So i deleted the channels and put the EMU key on and then tried re scanning but it came up with the message that no channels were found.. the box details are

API ver: 2.57e_E
Boot ver: 7.0

also if the channels dont come in check the cable direct to your tv and make sure you are still receiving a signal as your area could be down if they wont scan in

sorry for jumping in on someone else tread but i have a problem with a star view 2 or the box it had a bad flash and i have to put in co-es manually can pick bbc1 bbc2 utv etc but cant get the sports or movies the are there but it keeps updating first 60 percent then 120 just keeps looping emu is on any ideas
