hi all, this is my first post and i hope someone can help me here. i am having problems with my super box usb. i had all the channels until a few days a ago when i suddenly lost it all i did the following and but it HASNT helped me much

factory reset and a auto scan on my provider
menu 1570, set default key and keycode on
exit back to a channel and leave to auto update......

THE ABOVE DOES NOT WORK CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME HERE
