starview box super lost most channels today

lost itv stations today, so i did a factory reset then full scan i have now lost nearly everything, channels i have got are not in order anymore,im in south west tw area.any help please.

hi mate
im in yorkshire and have also lost all,re set my firmware done a re scan.shows all 334 channels but wont display any of them.
tried several times but all still blank.
any ideas ppeps.

Have you pressed Menu then 1570 and turned EMU on?

if it shows list of channels after a reset and auto scan have you switched emu to on or keycode enabled as these get switched off,also press set default key while switching emu to on,exit out.
n3 is been phased in on some parts of vermin.

hi
done both of theese but still coming up with scrambled or bad channel,have virgin altered the signal which firmware should i be using and where do i get it.

every time i rescan its only finding 103 channels of rubbish no sports no music not much of anything.

i have the box and cant get the secreate menue to swithch the keys on i have tried pressing menue then 1570 but nothing happens please could sum1 help me

no splitter full factory reset mixture of freeview & pay channels that are working but not good ones,still only 103 channels after scan.other people in same area with same box are still recieving theirs,so i have told them not to re scan if they lose a few on itv like i did, which i never tried to get them back now. any ideas please.

If u can try taking your box round to one of your friends and try it there. If it works at theirs it means there is either an outage in your specific area or the problem lies somewhere from the green box in your street to your house. What signal level/quality have u got? Press the sig button on the remote to find out

I know at least 10 people with the same problem in ths south west. I think that the problem is only with starviw 3 because starview 4&5 looks ok.
all connecions are correct

I'm in Plymouth and I have exactly the same problem, only 103 channels etc.
Sister has euro-vox box and has had the same happen (she lives different address but also in Plymouth).

I have the latest firmware and very good signal.
I dont understand why im not getting many channels.

I dont think that this is the problem because i have two boxes starv1ew 3 and 5.
starw1ew 5 is working fine and starview 3 is missing loads of channels.

did you just lose just a few channels, & then did you do a factory reset + scan & lost alot more,if so the same happened to me.but all the other box supers my friends have are still working on most channels as they havent reset & scanned. also im on the large v package i had a deal with them,so i tried with splitter but still the same.

Ihave done 2automatic scans and cant get Sky Sports 2.Can anyone tell me the frequency so I can try a manual scan Iam in London on t/west.thanks

check with your provider first for problems in area or the dreaded n3,you should get the same number of channels when you factory reset and a fresh scan on your provider from direct cable feed ,no splitters or extensions and emu to on.if nagra 3 is there you will not get those channels that have n3=no fix
|
