hi , if someone can tell me if i have my internet cable then use a splitter for my tv. can a signal from the provider burn the box

If you mean "can you connect your box by a splitter in your Cable Internet VM, between wall box & Modem, then yes you can - and no they can't send a signal to fry your box". so go right ahead and enjoy. :)
