Hello, Im new to this.. and not very familiar with my box.. my dad left home and he used to always sort my box for me.. im in stockton teesside area and have lost all my channels is there any way to get them back?

I have bought a memory stick and have D/loaded the V1.12 file onto it. How do i get it onto my box and will it give me instructions what do i look for. Thanks

I've been having same problem. no matter how many times I follow the instructions given my box always shows the old firmware and not the new. how do I replace old with new? Help I'm off crazy trying over and over again

Thanks for all your help i have now got all my channels back, without your expert guidence dont know what i would have done, D/loaded the new software and have more channels than before, Thanks again.
