did you so a manual scan when you put the file on
then press the 'set default code' its the 1 over key code on/ when youm press menu 1570
if your box is not on the you are doing something wrong, cos you have most of the chanells so i dont think its your box, are you flashing proper! when you do a scan is it with a direct feed in to your box;
also what chanells are you missing

only 1 post is nessecery and it is in the rules you dont have to post the same quote 3 times in a row even if its a mistake take the other 2 off, you could get a temporary ban for that,
on the thread when you type your message you can edit it

Tooly you'll need to flash the latest firmware to your box, this was released on 23.06.09 and is working fine for the moment

hi hooter
sorry for the triple post! my pc is playing on me.
after i downloaded the file i did a auto scan.
i still have missing channels, bbc 1,2 utv, ch4 and attheraces.
am i suppose to do a manual scan instead?

Looks like you are using the 1.10 Rev less the patch. Use this revision http://www.4shared.com/file/113638894/b2...erUSB_BETA.html do a factory reset, rescan and turn keycode back on.
This revision will kill clone boxes as will previous later releases. Please ensure you have a genuine box. Look down through the grills on the top of the box if you see a square silver heatsink on top of the CPU its a clone.

ok you download the file on your computer save to your desktop,
put it on your usb stick,here is the file below'

in your computer and copy or paste the file from your desktop to the usb stick then put it in the back of the box, get your remote press menu and go down to where it says usb press ok on the remote then you should see the 'file' you put on the usb, click on it and it will ask you do you want to update/replace or something like that press ok you will see the data going on your box then it will flash of and back on (the box will) go to instalitions do a automatic scan all chanells will come in when thats done exit out of menu
now press menu then 1570 another menu will come up it looks like,
nagravision
set default key
key code off
put key code on
then press set default key
and exit
then enjoy ur new box
any problems get back to me or let me know if you done it
ps:now you know how to flash i dont want to read about it in the paper, man going around flashing everybody,he.he,lol.

roy keegan you follow them instructions aswell,
i asked you earlier what chanells are missing on your box?/no reply!!
also you never answered if your box is a clone i think 2 others have asked you aswell and we told you where to look and see if it was,
if you dont answer questions asked back to you we cant help you & most people will take offence to that, and will think you are ignorant and wont reply or even try to help you now or in the future,
me personaly im not taking a dig at you just giving you a heads up.

hey hooter thanks for gettin back
downloaded the link and put it on the USB and done everthing you said ,,all the stations are there but only a few are workin still
all the ones that don't have a dollar symbol beside them in the epg menu if that makes any difference

tooly the firmware is in my post above, it just has a different date on it the 1 you should have is the box usb beta, also i can send you the data file of my own box which has every chanell if you are still stuck get back and let me know, it has worked for about 60 other people, just 1 question are you sure you know how to flash proper,
cos i just done a new post flashing guide for beginners this morning
just go to back to home theatre forum 'Digital TV (DVB) discussion' and you will see all the new posts its under my name hooter007,get back and let us know how you get on
