straview 4 the box super usb help please!!!

hi,

just bought a starview 4 the box super usb and all is not as simple as i thot. (just plug in and all channels available).

i have small dollar signs beside channels and i cant watch them.

i do not know if i have to download anything.

i have looked through the forums but i cant find or understand anything to help.

any advice would be great.
