Hello all, I'm prob in the wrong forum for this but here goes anyway. I bought a Tevion HDSR420 earlier this year for 100 euros and scanned it through and got about 300 channels. I'd only watch about 20 of these so I delete the crap. I had BBC 4 on my first scan and no Film 4. I had to re scan and have no BBC4 and still no Film 4. My friend bought the same set up and she has those channels. We're about 500 yards apart and scanning the same satellite so why don't I get those? is there some software I can download to patch up a glitch or is it just tough titty?

Why don't you scan your box at your friends house. If all channs scan at her house they may
be ok when you connect box at your house. Check signal levels shown on your box at friends
house & compare levels at your house. Also check what image shows on friends box when you turn it on. See have you got same image. If your signal levels are lower than your friends you may
need to adjust your dish or replace LNB

Hi,I just have a small problems but has happened and cant fix it.... its my remote before if i clicked up or down it would change channel automatically but now it doesnt i know its a small problems but any help would be great thanks!!!
