Hi There,
I have the box,i have been having problems with storing the keys.
For example on TW i enter provider ID,and then i go on OO and keys and press OK to store and do same on 01 and keys and press OK to store.When i go to check on sports chanels,1 and news will come but 2,3 and 4 will not,when i go back on nagravision to check the codes i entered on TW,the codes i stored on 00 are not there but codes for 01 are both 00 and 01.Is there something i am not doing it correctly.Pls help.

try entering the codes on the 00 line first ( dont save just yet)then change the 00 to 01 and enter the code for the 01 line ,when your happy they are correct (you can go back and check ,just change the 01 to 00 )all is ok on both lines now save .

Hi Piopat,
I hve tried what you explained but it is still not saving both,i entered on 00 and then on 01 but when i check if all keys are keyed in correctly keys entered on 01 appear on 00,i am confused,don`t know what to do,i hve tried factory settings as well.Sky sports 1 and Sport news doesn`t come Telewest but it comes on C&W.Is there something that i am doing is incorrect.

try reflashing the box ,click on the link in my signature area and choosing starview and download the newest firmware for the box.

hi my box was down 2 in in manchester all i did was did a reset scanned and it updated n came ...... tara

if you dont have the auto roll firmware it wont clear chans for you, so you need to load the latest firmware for the box and also remove any splitters and then connect the cable, factory reset and then scan on the correct provider

Hi Mickah,
The latest firmware on the link you sent is dated 13/01/2009,have you got any recent firmware.

thats probably the last firmware update that was made for the box mate ,i would try it and see how you go .click on the link in micks or my signature area to enter the downloads .

hi iv got the box 3, and the box usb2 , try reset factory setting and scanning it
