The box latest flash advice please!

Hi, Could you please advise me on the latest firmware for the box(starview 2)I have done a flash on a starview 1 but about 2 years ago and cannot for the life of me remember how to do this. Currently The Box(Genuine) API Ver: 8.02 e.E Boot Ver: 7.0 30 Nov 2008. In Manchester UK. Thanks in advance for any help you may be able to give me. Had channels, then went down and just left basic tv channels. Set to factory restore then rescanned as normal and is finding nothing at all.
