Have followed The Box Super USB instructions with no splitters but am still not receiving many channels (only BBC1 BBC2 and BBC 4). Other channels are showing a dollar sign. have did 1570 key code is on . Can anyone help? cable is OM live in ayrshire scotland

when that happened to me I did a factory reset and then all was well,and got new channels with that.

Got a new super USB last Friday, loaded software on Saturday S*y movies & Sports vanished on Monday. Any help on updates ?? or do I have to bin the unit - just like the Eurovox V. Operator is NThell in Dublin

NDS is the scrambling system sky is using via satellite and its not cracked.
