WHat do i do my box has frozen on 100% while i was downloading the logo file into the box. and it clearly states "Do not interrrupt the unit power during downlod&reboot period. The unit may be damaged seriously.

Have you turned it off & on again to see if you get a 8882 error?

Also do you have a genuine or cloned receiver?
