hi, i an new to this site. I'm having problem with digital receiver TheBox Super. I was trying to scan channel that was missing. I press factory setting n pin 0000 and ok. may be i should hve press exit. i can't exit the screen as it is stays on the Language menu. On the main menu i cannot access parental control and channel edit. they both appear, but cant access. I've tried 1570 ,but no good. Can someone help.

yes you did a factory reset bud must select english and start all from there again bud :):):):)

can anyone help i have a box super and i can't get the narrator of on some the channels ive pressed the audio button but i can't turn it off still.

go into menu and into set up and it should all be there for you 2 find bud :):):):)

when i press ok, it goes bak to installation and ok again then it goes cable network, then i select chorus and press ok and it does not move. if i exit it goes bak to main menu again.

did you auto scan c****s by selecting ok.

thanks a lots, but you what some people are just born genuis, I hve trying for the past 4hours. its working now. only few channels like bbc news seems to b not playing. it shows data is being updated (0%) blank screen.

ok you found channels,did you then switch emu to on,menu1570 emu to on.
what firmware is on your box,menu-system info -vers????

Yes, I have tried Menu/ 1570/ emu on still no luck. do i need a new key data no: ?

I had same problem with the Narrator the other night, theres a button on your remote to turn it off, tihnk it is the button named Audio just above the directional pad. Then press up or down to turn it off.

Hi i'm a newbie here,
I was thinking of getting The Box Super Usb and I would like to know if my TV service provider called ''Sky Conway'' would suffice for the operation of The Box or would I have to switch to another service provider e.g. NTL.
What I mean is will any TV service provider work with The Box Super USB?
