hi was just wondering if anyone has come accross this with there sv4 usb .. i noticed when i was changing channels or volume that a message came up everytime saying "this is an invalid box" ?? it has been working perfect for the last few weeks and all of a sudden this crops up !! i have the latest software and its a genuine box ..first thing i though of was to do a factory reset and maybe re-flash if that didnt sort it but now after doing a reset the box wont even turn on ?? the red light is coming on the back but there is no lights on the display or no boot screen .. found it very strange .. never seen this before as ive done a few for friends and family .. anybody have this happen ? thanks in advance people ..kildare !! NTHELL !!

how long ago did you buy the box cos the earlier batch of boxes has had this problem

I have it a few weeks now but that's not to say it hasn't been sitting around for a while somewhere ,, when u say earlier batches how long ago ?? As in when they first came out !!

I said the bootloader was killed not the box and that maybe as you will see there may be a way to jtag it eventually.

So stick it aside for the moment no sense in binning it.
