Sorry if this has been posted.

If you have an iPhone you can pay £6 a month for all S*y Sports Channels including ESPN.

If your iPhone is jailbroken you can get an add-on called "iPhone Landscape TV Out"(link) which will allow you to put whatever video is on your iPhone screen onto your TV without any lag.

This is quite a lot cheaper than paying for the Sports package with S*y or V*rgin, I think.
