I have a sv and have watched box office on channel tv1700. Recently my box lost all channels but a rescan sorted it all out but lost a few channels tv1700 being one of them. We are not on n3 in our area as we have not recieved our new cards yet and all other channels are working fine. Just wanted to know westlife are on box office tonight and the wife would like to watch it should a rescan just before the event pick this up or will my sv box not pick up this any more. Cheers in advance.
No something defo happened because i have done a full factory reset and full scan and gone through every channel and it just aint picking it up. oh well good while it lasted!
Funny thing is still getting sly sports and all that but lost all porn and box office but not on n3 yet. Is this the first step you think as i still aint got new card yet?

it seems to have changed to Primetime tv,try a manual scan on another provider,cause im on n3 and i still get it, after a scan.
Kind of got an answer. I went on the vm forums and it seems there has been a national problem with this event as people who have bought the event legit aint getting it either. So it aint my box after all its a vm problem with the stream from sly. Kind of panic over but its left me with a right moody arse wife!!!
all you can do is re-set and re-scan, remove any splitters if your using one, connect the box to the cable where it comes into your house, the signal will be at its strongest, thats about it, not a lot you can do
