Could anyone help please, they seem to have gone from my box, over the weekend i did a rescan as all my channels were mixed up and kept reappearing elsewhere, and i spent 2 hours sorting and renaming them, everything seemed ok til i went upto my daughters today and whilst flicking through my daughters Starview 3 noticed all the `UKTV` channels, i couldnt remember seeing them on my box after the rescan.
Came home to check my box to find no UKTV channels at all after the rescan,ive spent ages looking through the previous threads and posts on here on cant seem to find the frequencies for them or even any advice on this problem. i would be greatful if anyone could help.
Im UK v*rgin, with a starview 2(hence the long time sorting out the channels), if thats any help to anyone.....Thanks

Thanks for the prompt reply... No, i deleted all the channels through the channel edit, then did autoscan with no splitters involved, then turned emu on after scan. I deleted all channels by accident ages ago, and did exactly the same as now.
I didnt do a factory reset because i thought i would have to re-install the software via my pc, and my pc has been playing up a bit didnt want to chance it, in case i`d end up with no box at all.
its a bit odd really ive been through all the v*rgin channel list, and its definitely only the UKTV channels missing. i just thought if i got hold of the channel frequency for the UKTV channels i could scan it manually.
