URGENT NEED HELP SETTING UP DIRECTV TO PC

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONNECT DIRECTV TO PC TV TUNER. I NEED STEP BY STEP GUIDEANCE. I have an hp pavillion with Windows Vista- windows media center installed. I also have two tv tuner cards. I am lost don't know how to set up coaxial cable. Let me know if this is how it is:

I have a satellite cable running from outside and into a small box to the receiver and then i have a small cable running into a 4 way splitter going to tv and pc tv turner. the coaxial cable is 50 feet running from 4 way splitter to pc because pc and receiveer are like 30 feet away across from each other. When i try to do start tv signal in media ccenter, the message is always no tv signal. Please i need extreme help with this issue.
