just a word of warning, tests conducted has shown that CCCam can leak out sensitive information - especially the serial card of the Sly card

It is best to use a more secure method - NewCS as server and MGCamd as client - if you are comfortable with cccam setup, then you should be able to setup NewCS and MGcamd
