Free DVD Fab 6.0.2.2 shrinking a DVD??

Is the free version of DVD Fab 6.0.2.2 suppose to shrink a DVD??? I've had this version since the beginning of July, ripped around 20 DVD's, and it's still shrinking them down to DVD5. Did I just get lucky?

You should have a 30-day trial use of all its functions, including compressing down to dvd5 format. Maybe your trial period hasn't expired yet.

I thought you could use dvdfabHD decrypter (free version) to rip full disc to HD
then
use

1) vobblanker
2) imgburn to create dvd 9 iso
3) burn dvd 9 iso with imgburn to get dl backup of the dvd
