hey, i'm very new to the whole burning games thing and need help. k. i have imgburn, an iso, and memorex Dvd+R DL's that i bought at staples. k. so i did everything as i read on the guides correct, and it just doesn't freaking work and its annoying. i would love some help pleaseee. i just have the dvd drive that came with the computer, nothing fancy, which i thought could be the problem.

What doesn't work?
Is that a Burner?
Does it do DLs?

i'm not sure if it can do DL. that might be the reason. how would i know? and someone said before maybe its the firmware, if so how do i update? oh and yes my DVD drive can burn disks. not sure about DL like i said before
