Depends on what quality you want to have the resulting DVD. The more episodes you add, the lower the quality will be. I wouldn't add more than 4 episodes.

I really don't know if it does batch convert, I don't use Convertx2DVD.It didn't have the function when I tried it in version 2, don't know if it has been implemented in later versions...

ConvertXtoDVD v2 does indeed do batch conversions, just create a .bat file as follows ~ Quote: rem /shutdown or -shutdown : Shutdown the computer when conversion is complete
rem /Priority=[Value] // If you wish to change the conversion priority, and overwrite your default setting
rem /Priority=1 (Idle)
rem /Priority=2 (Lowest)
rem /Priority=3 (Lower)
rem /Priority=4 (Normal)
rem /Priority=5 (Higher)
rem /Priority=6 (Highest)
rem /Priority=7 (TimeCritical)
"C:\Program Files\vso\ConvertXtoDVD\ConvertXtoDVD.exe" /file "I:\AVI-Dump4\2001.Maniacs.(2005).avi" /auto=true /close /Priority=7
"C:\Program Files\vso\ConvertXtoDVD\ConvertXtoDVD.exe" /file "K:\AVI-Dump2\converted to dvd\Demolition Man (1993).avi" /auto=true /close /Priority=7 /shutdown

That's what the program is designed for, convert multiple videos to one DVD. This is not a batch conversion, that would be creating multiple DVDs...I guess is not what you were after...

:)))
Good luck!
@creaky
It seems like not a big deal to implement a batch conversion function...and I see it requested in different forums since the beginning of the program, wonder why they don't want to be bothered with it at VSO...

Don't know, i haven't researched it for a long time being as my v2 'just works'. I think i found the syntax i posted from a VSO forum somewhere though.
