hi everyone
i seem to be running into a problem while copying a original dvd?? im using dvd shrink and it starts ok but after 42 min, a message comes up saying request error i/0 device error, and i have no idea whats going on, can you please help me here understand what to do about it thankyou chris

Use DVDFab HD Decrypter to rip the DVD.
Then use DVD Shrink if you want to fit the files to a standard blank.
