So my Dazzle stopped working. I use a Vista OS, with a Dazzle DVC100 and Instant DVD Recorder and it used to work perfectly until I buggered my computer and had to reinstall Vista. Luckily all my files were backed up.

I then tried to reinstall it, but when I click record, I'm left with a blank preview screen with working sound. If I use splitters to record and play my Xbox at the same time, it may give a burning error, and will crash my computer. I tried directly connecting the Dazzle to my computer and it just records nothing but allows me to stop the burning - no crashes.

Maybe the drivers and that are corrupt, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, downloading the Vista drivers off their official website, and so far nothing has worked. It used to work perfectly anyway.

If anyone has any ideas it will be greatly appreciated, I've been trying to get it to work for hours. Maybe a step by step idiot proof guide to COMPLETELY removing anything pinnacle related including the drivers will be helpful :). That may be the problem. Thanks.
