Hi

I have a concert video (vcd quality at best), and while the sound>video start off in synch, it seems they gradually get further apart, with the audio ending up approx. 3 seconds ahead of the video at the end of 1hr 15 minutes.

Is there any way of stretching/shrinking either to make it more in time with each other?

I admit I'm a bit lazy, but in this way I will not take the 'glory' to be the one who gave you the answer.
I think the case is like this one, read the DJRumpy's answer: http://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=162340
you will need Viruladub, BeSweet and ot of patience.
