How 2 create IFO files so i can burn DVD?

HI

I wanted 2 create DVD from .avi file. With Cucusoft program i converted .avi file and i got 3 files so ( .m2v , .mpg and .mpa files) but when i wanted 2 burn them into DVD rom i couldnt coz it said files r 2 big (2GB two of them and one 200MB). so probably i must create .IFO files for DVD or what...how 2 do that???
