Hey, I've read alot of topics in here and I've followed some of the tutorials. So far I've been able to rip a dvd, and then burn it to a DVD+RW and it will play in my JVC HR-XVC27U (in case you want to know the dvd model for my question) and it works perfect.

The problem is when I convert the avi to dvd. I followed the avi to dvd tutorial, burnt the dvd and then put it my dvd player. I get an error message saying "Can't Read Disk".

I used TMPGEnc to convert the files to dvd compliant,NTSC and changed the recommended settings. Then I followed the steps using the IFOedit (Added the video source, and the audio source - no subtitles) and then it used my Nero Burning ROM SE software to burn it. You can see on the disk that it had written it.

Did I do something wrong? Miss something? Would appreciate the help guys.
