I am using cucusoft pro to convert avi to svcd, but cant get the video and audio in sync, can anyone tell me how to do this

Extract the raw audio from the AVI in VirtualDub.
Encode only the video.
Remux audio and video.
check for sync.
If it's still out, convert audio to 44,100hz in Audacity or goldwave, using this guide:
